We patrol the exterior and interior by taking a proactive approach to identify any minor issues that if left unchecked, could potentially become major. Examples include the furnace and water heater, critter infestation, access for decks, walkways, and driveways, fallen tree limbs, water leaks, doors and windows, breakers and circuits, or any other areas specific to the home.

 Property Patrol is owned and operated by a licensed contractor, offering comprehensive handyman and construction services. For specialty work, we collaborate with a network of trusted contractors and vendors to provide seamless, efficient service. We’re happy to manage and coordinate all aspects for you.

With a Property Patrol annual plan, you get ongoing service from a dedicated handyman. Choose from three plans—Essential (10 visits), Premium (20 visits), or Elite (30 visits)—and use your visits flexibly over 12 months. Your handyman handles your to-do list, builds a custom maintenance plan, and offers guidance to keep your home in great shape.

All handyman labor is included with no per-visit fees. For specialty work that requires a licensed pro, we can connect you with trusted vendors. If you prefer, we can also purchase parts for a small shopping fee.

 Our handymen can knock out a wide range of tasks—from hanging artwork to replacing toilets. We cover installation, assembly, carpentry, patch/paint, drywall, and small electrical and plumbing. If a job needs a licensed specialist (like adding a new water or power line), we’ll tell you upfront and recommend the right person. 

 Yes — we offer a referral program. For every new member you refer who signs up, you’ll receive a $250 credit toward future invoices.

Your Property Patrol handyman will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks (nails, basic caulk, etc). For larger parts or materials required, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a nominal $50 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed (not a percentage) and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part). For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase.

Please note that for parts and materials that you will be looking at or touching every day (e.g. a new kitchen faucet), we suggest you pick it out yourself. We’re happy to provide advice as needed. 

 We want you to love your membership. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you’re not happy and we can’t make it right, we’ll refund you in full within the first 30 days.

After 30 days, plans are non-refundable and you’ll have 12 months to use your included visits.

If something isn’t up to your expectations, tell us right away. We’ll coordinate the best fix through Property Patrol or a trusted partner. Please note we can’t reimburse work done by outside third-parties unless approved in advance.
